Established in February 2005, Wenling Nanfang Jingtong Gear Factory is located in Shuian Village, Ruoheng Town, Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Situated in the economically vibrant Yangtze River Delta along the eastern coast, the company enjoys a prime location with excellent maritime and land transportation networks. Over the past two decades, the enterprise has deeply cultivated the sector of industrial precision transmission components, continuously refining its production system to establish an integrated industrial chain encompassing blank casting, forging, rough machining, heat treatment, and precision machining. It has evolved from a small workshop focused solely on gear processing into a professional manufacturer of gears and shafts, integrating R&D, customization, mass production, and domestic and international sales. Our Factory

 

Located in Ruoheng Town, Wenling, Taizhou, our factory leverages the comprehensive industrial infrastructure of the Yangtze River Delta. We operate independent, standardized production workshops capable of handling the entire manufacturing process for gear and shaft components in-house-eliminating the need for outsourcing and ensuring precise control over delivery schedules and product accuracy. Our facility features integrated heat treatment capabilities alongside dedicated zones for precision machining, gear forming, and finished-product inspection; this standardized workflow enables a seamless, closed-loop production process from raw blanks to finished goods. We specialize in the machining of precision transmission gears and shaft components, utilizing 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched alloy steel as our core material to meet the demands of heavy-load and high-wear applications. With outstanding flexible manufacturing capabilities, the factory simultaneously handles both large-volume standardized orders and small-batch, non-standard custom orders. A standardized quality control system is implemented in the workshop, where every batch undergoes either random or full inspection to strictly verify dimensions, hardness, and gear profile accuracy. Our factory offers a comprehensive range of industrial precision power transmission components, featuring six core product series. The first comprises cylindrical gears-including spur gears, helical gears, and large-module gears-characterized by precision-finished tooth surfaces and high transmission efficiency. The second is the gear shaft series, covering precision spline shafts, stepped gear shafts, and equipment output shafts; these are made from quenched alloy steel for superior wear resistance and durability. The third consists of worm shafts designed for worm gear reducers, featuring high-precision thread grinding and minimal backlash. The fourth includes spiral bevel gears for right-angle transmission mechanisms, offering high load-bearing capacity and smooth meshing. The fifth category covers internal gear components and couplings-such as internal gear rings and spline couplings-suitable for planetary gear transmission systems. Finally, we offer flanged hubs featuring mounting flanges and internal splines, ensuring precise shaft-end positioning. Production Equipment

 

The factory is equipped with a comprehensive suite of automated, high-precision gear and shaft processing machinery, establishing an integrated production system. Shaping equipment-including CNC lathes, gear hobbing machines, and gear shaping machines-handles the rough machining of gears and shafts as well as gear tooth formation. Precision finishing is performed using CNC grinders and specialized gear grinding machines to precisely grind tooth surfaces, shaft cores, and bores, ensuring superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Dedicated in-house heat treatment facilities enable independent carburizing and quenching processes, consistently enhancing surface hardness and wear resistance. The machinery covers the entire production workflow following blank forging-eliminating the need for external outsourcing-and enables a one-stop, in-house process spanning rough turning, hobbing, and heat treatment through to precision grinding. The equipment accommodates the batch processing of components ranging from small to large modules, short to long shafts, and large gear rings, supporting both standardized mass production and the precision manufacturing of custom, small-batch parts; stable equipment precision ensures consistent quality across high-volume orders.
