Our Product
Our factory offers a comprehensive range of industrial precision power transmission components, featuring six core product series. The first comprises cylindrical gears-including spur gears, helical gears, and large-module gears-characterized by precision-finished tooth surfaces and high transmission efficiency. The second is the gear shaft series, covering precision spline shafts, stepped gear shafts, and equipment output shafts; these are made from quenched alloy steel for superior wear resistance and durability. The third consists of worm shafts designed for worm gear reducers, featuring high-precision thread grinding and minimal backlash. The fourth includes spiral bevel gears for right-angle transmission mechanisms, offering high load-bearing capacity and smooth meshing. The fifth category covers internal gear components and couplings-such as internal gear rings and spline couplings-suitable for planetary gear transmission systems. Finally, we offer flanged hubs featuring mounting flanges and internal splines, ensuring precise shaft-end positioning. All products support customization of module, tooth count, and precision grade; we also accept orders for non-standard, specially shaped gears and shafts based on customer drawings or samples, meeting the demands of heavy-load, high-speed, and precision transmission applications across various types of equipment.




Product Application
Our factory produces a wide range of gears and shaft-type transmission components designed for industrial equipment across six major sectors. The speed reducer industry is our core application area, where we supply key components-such as cylindrical gears, worm shafts, and internal gear rings-for standard reducers. For construction machinery, we provide large-module helical gears and heavy-duty gear shafts for travel and swing reducers. Agricultural machinery applications include harvesters and gearboxes, utilizing our bevel gears, spline shafts, and spur gears. Our automotive transmission components include helical gears, flange hubs, and transmission spline shafts. For mining equipment, such as hoists and conveyors, we specialize in large-module, wear-resistant gears and worm shafts. Additionally, our full range of gear and shaft products is compatible with the transmission systems of general-purpose machinery. Engineered for demanding conditions-including heavy loads, outdoor environments, and continuous operation-our products serve domestic OEMs and are exported for infrastructure, mining, and agricultural projects, meeting the equipment needs of markets in Southeast Asia, Russia, and the Middle East

Production Equipment
The factory is equipped with a comprehensive suite of automated, high-precision gear and shaft processing machinery, establishing an integrated production system. Shaping equipment-including CNC lathes, gear hobbing machines, and gear shaping machines-handles the rough machining of gears and shafts as well as gear tooth formation. Precision finishing is performed using CNC grinders and specialized gear grinding machines to precisely grind tooth surfaces, shaft cores, and bores, ensuring superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Dedicated in-house heat treatment facilities enable independent carburizing and quenching processes, consistently enhancing surface hardness and wear resistance. The machinery covers the entire production workflow following blank forging-eliminating the need for external outsourcing-and enables a one-stop, in-house process spanning rough turning, hobbing, and heat treatment through to precision grinding. The equipment accommodates the batch processing of components ranging from small to large modules, short to long shafts, and large gear rings, supporting both standardized mass production and the precision manufacturing of custom, small-batch parts; stable equipment precision ensures consistent quality across high-volume orders.




Production Market
In the domestic market, the company serves manufacturers of speed reducers, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, automobiles, and mining machinery across all provinces and cities; it maintains long-standing, stable partnerships with numerous OEMs and possesses a solid customer base in the domestic power transmission components sector. Regarding overseas markets, the company employs a multi-tiered regional strategy: the first tier focuses on Russia, the CIS, and Southeast Asia-leveraging RCEP tariff advantages and established trade routes to drive continuous growth in orders for agricultural and mining gears; the second tier steadily develops markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America to meet local demand for infrastructure, mining, and agricultural equipment; and a long-term strategic layout targets high-end markets in Europe, North America, Japan, and South Korea, gradually expanding export orders for high-precision gears. Industry data indicates an overall rise in domestic gear exports for 2025, with the local Wenling automotive and motorcycle parts sector leading the way; capitalizing on this regional export strength, the factory has seen year-over-year growth in orders destined for Russia and Southeast Asia. By leveraging Taizhou's mature foreign trade supply chain to establish reliable shipping channels, the company pursues simultaneous growth in both domestic and international sales, resulting in a steadily expanding global customer base and consistent momentum in its foreign trade operations.
