Universal Power Transmission Components
Industrial drive shafts are the most common power transmission components in general industrial machinery. They suit various industrial applications, from light-load conveyor lines to heavy-load crushers. Overall shaft length spans 200 to 1500 millimeters with shaft diameters from Φ30 to Φ120 millimeters, offering wide coverage. Flange outside diameters range from Φ80 to Φ260 millimeters, selectable based on your connection requirements.
Dynamic Balancing for High Speed
Spline modules range from 2 to 6 with teeth 14 to 45 using standard involute splines. For applications with speeds exceeding 1000 RPM, we perform dynamic balancing on drive shafts to Grade G6.3 to G2.5. Dynamic balancing is an essential process for high-speed rotating parts. If shaft unbalance exceeds limits, high-speed operation creates severe vibration that damages bearings and seals. Our balancing equipment precisely detects and corrects unbalance. Radial runout controls within 0.05 to 0.10 millimeters.
Material Selection by Load
Material uses 40Cr or 42CrMo medium-carbon alloy steel. Heavy-load applications use 40CrNiMoA high-strength steel. Our heat treatment department performs quenching, tempering, and hardening processes according to your load requirements, adjusting hardness and toughness as needed. With 21 years of gear shaft experience, we have comprehensive expertise in industrial drive shaft design and manufacturing. Although our workshop has only 15 workers, every process has dedicated quality control personnel.

We support custom manufacturing based on your drawings and samples with free drawing review before ordering. During production, we regularly share real photos with you. For high-speed applications, we recommend specifying dynamic balancing grade requirements during drawing review. We offer a one-year warranty covering all products.
