Versatile Internal Gear Components
Internal spline gears serve as foundation components in many transmission assemblies. This product differs from the ring gear we introduced earlier, covering a broader range including smaller internal gear parts. Modules range from 1.5 to 6 with internal tooth counts from 12 to 120. Our 21 years of gear manufacturing experience means we have processed these internal spline gear components extensively. Every operator in our 15-person workshop is thoroughly familiar with the specific requirements for these parts.
Critical Pressure Angle Distinction
One crucial point requires special attention: pressure angle differentiation. Internal gears used for gear meshing require a 20° pressure angle. Internal gears used for spline connections require a 30° pressure angle. These two are completely different and cannot be interchanged. If your drawings do not clearly mark this specification, our technical team immediately contacts you for confirmation during the drawing review phase. Effective engagement face widths range from 15 to 80 millimeters. Outside dimensions including outer diameter, overall height, and step positioning dimensions are all machined strictly to your drawings.
Balanced Heat Treatment Approach
For heat treatment, we perform quenching and tempering achieving HB 210-270 hardness. Working surfaces receive induction hardening treatment reaching HRC 45-55. This hardness range suits medium-load applications, providing wear resistance on working surfaces while maintaining overall toughness throughout the component. We inspect every product before shipment, ensuring all dimensions and hardness values meet your specifications.
Production Quality Control
Although our workshop employs only 15 workers, every process has dedicated quality control personnel. During production, we regularly share real machining photos with you. We support custom manufacturing based on your drawings and samples. Before ordering, we provide free drawing review. We offer a one-year warranty covering non-human quality issues with free rework.
