Power Distribution and Shaft Connection
Sprocket flange hubs are key components for shaft-end connection and power distribution. One end features a mounting flange for connecting to other components, while the other end features internal splines for shaft mating. We specifically supply these products for power distribution boxes, transmission outputs, and mobile machinery drive wheels. Internal spline modules range from 1.5 to 6 with teeth 12 to 40, 30° pressure angle, and accuracy Grade 8-10. Flange outside diameters range from Φ60 to Φ250 millimeters with 4 to 8 mounting bolt holes, pitch circle diameters from Φ40 to Φ200 millimeters, all machined to your drawings.
Assembly Precision Requirements
Sprocket flange hub machining accuracy directly affects assembly quality. Flange surface flatness controls within 0.03 millimeters to ensure tight mating with mounting surfaces. If flatness exceeds limits, bolt tightening creates additional stress that deforms the flange or loosens bolts. Internal splines and flange mounting hole pitch circles must remain concentric, or the shaft and flange experience binding during assembly. Transition fillets use R2 to R6 to avoid stress concentration from sharp corners. Overall hub height ranges from 30 to 120 millimeters.
Selective Heat Treatment
Material uses 40Cr or 20CrMnTi. Spline working surfaces receive hardening treatment to HRC 45-58. Hardening applies only to spline working surfaces, with flange surfaces maintaining tempered hardness for easier drilling operations. Our heat treatment department uses induction hardening processes to precisely control heating zones. Before shipment, every sprocket flange hub undergoes spline dimension, flange flatness, and hardness inspection.

During production, we regularly share real photos and inspection data with you. All products pass complete inspection before packaging and shipment.
